Our clients come from all parts of the world, from all backgrounds and stages of education; they are employed within a myriad of industries and have incredibly different levels of need. When we speak with a client for the first time, we talk extensively about what your goals are; as they relate immediately to real estate and as they relate to the greater purpose you may be trying to achieve. We spend our subsequent meetings and partnership together devising strategies and employing tactics rooted in problem solving, logistics and negotiation to get you to where you want to go. We are two realtors with more than 30 combined years’ experience in real estate, with formal graduate training in business management and communication, philosophy, logic and problem solving. We employ two managers; one specializing in office administration and the other in marketing and advertising. Both managers are experts in property preparation and pre-sale efforts, and are savvy searchers, able to locate exactly what a client is pining for.
